Sherry’s Coaching Style

When you actively participate in a coaching conversation there’s unspoken ground rules. For example, respect, openness, compassion, empathy and rigorous commitment to speaking the truth.  Sherry is under the assumption that all of the clients in her coaching practice and future clients are strong and capable.  They do not possess weakness, helplessness or dependence.  She assumes a deep desire to give her best and receive the best to achieve the ultimate results in her clients’ potential.  Her coaching conversations have certain beliefs built into them which include whole-heartedly, that every situation has possibilities and that people really do have the power of choice in their lives.  She has the courage and confidence to move each client outside of their own comfort zone, so they too see the potential they possess when they take action and build their own unique toolbox of skills.  Every one on one coaching session challenges the client to perform at an elite level therefore constantly improving their performance and building the bridge toward their goals.

Most coaching conversations require the coach to “dance in the moment.” This means every coaching call has uniqueness that requires Sherry be flexible and unattached allowing her to stay curious about the unfolding conversation.  Possessing this skill Sherry is able adjust instinctively to each individual she coaches. Yielding high-performance results from her clients.
